On September 21, 2002 Capt. Paul Cronshaw and the crew of the Out of Bounds, a 41' Viking, were returning from a trip to the Baltimore Canyon. At the 19 fathom lump on their way back to Indian River Inlet they came across a dead whale carcass and decided to try their luck for dolphin beneath the whale.

From the depths rose a Great White Shark estimated to be 20' in length and in excess of 2500 lbs. This short video clip captures some of the highlights of their experience.
